Eight is Enough? The U.S. Supreme Court’s Recent Term

The U.S. Supreme Court’s 2015-16 term was marked by the death of Justice Antonin Scalia and a few remarkable punts and no decisions from a divided eight-justice Court.  Still, the Court issued plenty of consequential rulings, both before and after Scalia’s passing.  Listen in as I discuss a few key decisions with WRGC’s Dan McDonald.
